We want you to be happy with every placement. This policy explains when you can get a refund, a replacement link or credit.
Before publication
- If you cancel before work has started on your order, you get a full refund.
- If a publisher rejects your topic or content and we cannot place it on an equivalent website, you get a full refund or credit.
- If we have already written your article, the content writing fee is non-refundable, but you keep the article.
After publication
- Once a post is live and the live link has been sent to you, the order is complete and is not refundable.
- If a link is removed or changed to no-follow within 12 months of publication (unless the listing said otherwise), we will replace it with a link on a website of similar quality, or give you credit.
- Replacements do not apply when the link is removed because the target page changed, broke the publisher’s guidelines or now redirects elsewhere.
Full list unlock
Because access to the full website list is delivered instantly, the unlock fee is non-refundable once your account has been unlocked, except where required by law.
How to request a refund or replacement
Contact us with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
